Concrete By Juarez is owned by Luis Juarez. He is married to Rebeca Juarez, owner of El Rinconcito in Dublin, TX. Luis has 4 sons and 1 daughter. Two of his sons are attending Tarleton State University with Construction Science, and Business Management degrees, and another son attending Iowa State University. The company was created by Luis Juarez Sr. and he hopes to pass it down to his children. Luis first started with his Masonry company and years later started a concrete company. He left his oldest son Luis Juarez Jr. in charge of Juarez Rock Construction LLC and began putting more time and effort into what is now Concrete By Juarez.
